If you are fortunate enough to live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, or visit often, you can experience firsthand the Arteriors Flagship store located in the Dallas Design District. But if traveling to Dallas isn’t in your plans, take a peek at these pictures and maybe you will decide to start planning a trip!
It all starts with a long, yet inviting white entryway featuring modern landscaping and an illuminated walkway. Enter through 11-foot-tall wooden doors repurposed from Spanish pine ceiling panels that Mark Moussa‘s father imported and had installed in Moussa’s childhood home. Once you enter, be prepared for a visual feast of elegant and sophisticated chandeliers, lamps, accessories, mirrors, and furniture pieces.
Thirteen-foot tall ceilings, 5,000 square feet of polished concrete floors, and the addition of floor to ceiling windows not only enhance the bones of the building (originally built in 1950), but create the perfect backdrop for the 1,100+ products on display. The soaring space is ideal for hanging Arteriors chandeliers and pendants, which cast dramatic shadow and light throughout adding to the seductive ambiance.
Beneath these beautiful hanging fixtures, the store has been thoughtfully laid out and merchandised with unique yet timeless designs. Take your time as you walk from vignette to vignette and don’t forget to look up. If you’ve never seen Arteriors product in person, visiting this flagship location will be a visual treat.
When you are done shopping, climb up the soaring wood staircase and enter a rooftop deck that showcases not only a stunning view of downtown and the iconic Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, but also provides the perfect backdrop for an outdoor furniture collection made in collaboration with local artist George Sellers.
“Dallas is my home and where Arteriors is based,” explains Mark Moussa. “It was important to all of us that this flagship store epitomize what we represent to our customers…our product quality and our unique artisanal designs. Over the past 27 years Arteriors has been evolving, and it was important to me that this store reflect what we have come to represent. I couldn’t be more proud.”
